Greg Evans Professional Corporation has been working with small to medium-sized businesses located in the Kawarthas since 2015. We do our best to ensure that our clients save time, take charge of their finances, and grow their wealth. In addition to our accounting and bookkeeping offerings, we have a growing selection of advisory services that allow our clients to meet both their business and financial goals.
CPA Position Details
Though we want someone who can eventually work as a strategic advisor, in the beginning this role will mainly consist of standard accounting work. In particular, you will be responsible for developing NTR financial statements, reviewing financial statements, and filing income tax returns.

Complete review engagements
Provide advisory services
Participate in strategic growth of GEPC

Previous experience with Quickbooks Online, CCH ifirm, & Tax Prep
Knowledge of Practice Ignition & Slack
Experience with risk analysis & financial forecasting

CPA designation

You have prior experience with filing taxes and developing NTR financial statements (one-year minimum)
You’re familiar with all steps of the accounting cycle (one-year minimum)
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working under tight deadlines
You enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with existing clients
You have an analytical mind and are motivated to find the best solutions for clients
You are familiar with accounting practices, laws, and regulations, and stay up to date on new developments in the area
You’re inquisitive and constantly strive to increase your knowledge base and skill set
